"As a new graduate registered nurse completing the NSW Health transition to professional practice program, Broken Hill Base Hospital Intensive Care Unit (ICU) offers unique rural possibilities, rarely experienced anywhere else. In particular, Broken Hill Base ICU nursing management and education staff have provided me with an incredible level of support, occasion for collaboration and constructive discourse, which I have found invaluable to the development of my future in nursing."
